As part of your registration for the event, via the registration or payment forms, we collect all or part of the information below. They enable us to maximise your experience on our site, in particular during the online networking phase: surname, first name, company, position/title, address, city, country, postal code, email, telephone number, participant category, student card, press card, higher education institution.

As part of your activity on the site during the digital event: volume of messaging or video exchanges, participant activity during the event (session traffic, networking traffic), Q/A of sessions, chat of sessions, comments, answers to quizzes and surveys.

Photographs and/or audio-visual footage may be taken during AI for Finance Summit 2023. Photographs and videos can be published on AI for Finance websites and social media pages as well as on the co-organizer’s online platforms. Photos and videos may also be recorded and can be reproduced in various media including co-organizer’s publications, social networks and press, as well as for promotional activities of AI for Finance. By attending AI for Finance Summit 2023, you agree you may appear in published photos and/or videos as stated above.
