Vanessa Govi joined ALD Automotive in 2004. She went on to hold various managerial positions in IT at Group level before creating a team of transversal Programme Managers in 2015 to drive the company’s strategic initiatives. In 2018, Vanessa was appointed Group Chief Digital Officer leading ALD Automotive’s digital transformation, setting up a cross-functional team, spanning from marketing to IT development and operations. Recognized as a strong business and tech leader, Vanessa has been nominated as one of the Most Influential Women in Mobility and part of the Top 100 Global CDO in 2023. As the Chief Innovation Officer of ALD Automotive | LeasePlan, Vanessa has been at the forefront of spearheading the development of innovative products and services since June 2023. By harnessing cutting-edge technologies, she is driving the ambition to become the Global Leader in Sustainable Mobility, extending our focus beyond cars. Placing the Client at the core of our Innovation endeavors, Vanessa is committed to crafting a seamless and unparalleled Customer Experience. Vanessa Govi holds a master’s degree in Economics & Marketing from Bocconi University and an Executive Master from EDHEC Business School (General Management Acceleration Program).
